Using the service

VocalUnmix lets you separate audio you upload into vocal and instrumental tracks. By using it you agree to these terms. Free usage is subject to the limits shown on our Help page, which we may change.

Your content and rights

• You may only upload audio that you own or have permission to process. You are responsible for how you use the results.
• Separating a recording does not grant you any rights to the underlying music or performance. Public performance, distribution or monetization of results may require permission from the rights holders.
• We claim no ownership of your uploads or of the tracks we produce from them.

Pro subscriptions

• Pro is a recurring subscription billed monthly or yearly at the price shown on the Pricing page when you subscribe. It renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
• Payments are processed by Waffo, which acts as merchant of record and handles sales tax. Your card details are never sent to us.
• You can cancel anytime from the customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; Pro stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• If Pro doesn't work for you, email support@vocalunmix.com within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund. Renewals are not refunded except where required by law.
• Pro includes a fair-use limit on daily separations to protect the service from automated abuse.

Copyright complaints

We don't host a public library and files are deleted within 24 hours. If you believe the service is being used to infringe your rights, email support@vocalunmix.com with the details required by the DMCA (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)) and we will respond promptly.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to bypass usage limits, overload the service, upload malicious files, or use automated tools to access it without permission.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is”. Separation quality varies by recording and we don't guarantee any particular result. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
