Privacy Policy

Your audio files

• Files you upload are used only to produce your separated tracks.
• Uploads and results are stored in private cloud storage and deleted automatically within 24 hours. Download links are signed and expire after one hour.
• We do not listen to, share, sell, or use your audio to train machine-learning models.
• Processing runs on GPU servers operated by our infrastructure provider. Files are transferred over HTTPS and not retained there after processing.

Data we keep

For each separation we keep a small record so we can enforce free limits and fix problems:

• the file name, size and duration;
• processing status, timing and any error;
• a random visitor ID stored in a cookie;
• a one-way hash of your IP address (we do not store the IP address itself);
• usage events such as upload completed, separation finished or file downloaded, with your country.

We do not require an account and do not collect your name or email unless you contact us.

Cookies and analytics

We set one functional cookie (vu_vid) that identifies your browser for usage limits and lets you access your own results.

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used — for example which pages people visit, whether uploads succeed, and which tracks are downloaded. Google Analytics sets its own cookies and receives your IP address, browser details and these usage events. We never send file names or audio to Google Analytics. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on or by blocking cookies. We do not use advertising cookies.

Service providers

We use Cloudflare (hosting, storage, database, server logs), Modal (GPU processing) and Google Analytics (usage statistics). They process data only on our behalf.

Your choices

You can clear the cookie at any time in your browser. To ask about or delete data associated with you, email support@vocalunmix.com.
