Billing questions
How does billing work?
Pro is a subscription billed $9.99 every month or $59 every year. It renews automatically until you cancel. Payments are processed by Waffo, our merchant of record, which also handles sales tax.
How do I cancel?
Open the customer portal with the email you paid with and cancel in one click. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
Can I get a refund?
If Pro doesn't work for you, email support@vocalunmix.com within 7 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full.
Do I need an account?
Not for the free plan. Pro needs a Google sign-in so your subscription follows you across devices.
Is “up to 50 songs a day” really unlimited?
It's a fair-use cap to stop automated abuse of our GPUs. Regular use — even heavy practice or production sessions — stays well under it.
